It's time to play and let's see who is the wheel master...

Needed materials  :

- A plywood board of 8mm to cut a square of 40*40cm which will be the base, a circle of 30cm diameter and 4 small squares of 5*5cm which will be the feet.

- Dowels of 6mm and 8mm

- One Colson ring

- A threaded rod of 4mm

- 3 bolts of 4mm

- Metal washers of 4mm

Needed tools :

- Jigsaw

- Drill with wood drill bit of 4mm, 6mm and 8mm

- Wood glue

- Compass

Once the materials and tools are ready we can start the build of our wheel. First we draw our forms on the plywood to cut them. Then we drill in the center of the circle and the same for the base square with the bit of 4mm. We glue the 4 small squares on the 4 corners of our base. After we drill the holes with the 6mm bit in order to insert and glue the dowels of 6mm. They will serve to stop the wheel once he will be turning. Then we pass the threaded rod in the hole of the base board and we screw the bolt with a washer in between on the bottom of the base. On the other side we put a washer then a bolt and again a washer in order to not overtighten the wheel. Once we are at this step we add the wheel and we finish the assembly around the threaded rod with a washer and a bolt. We only need to drill a hole of 8mm on the base board in order to glue and 8mm dowel on which we put the Colson ring which will be used to slow down the wheel by hitting the 6mm dowels on the wheel. The Colson ring will also serve as arrow which will define what we win.

We only have to decorate our new build.
